Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Individual to join a driven Collections Team as a Collections Advisor.
For the Role of Collections Advisor, you will be a customer-focused individual, and will be mainly responsible for managing Overdue Accounts, Negotiating Payment Plans, and Maintaining positive Customer Relationships, while adhering to regulatory and Company standards.
This role is critical to ensuring timely Recovery of outstanding Debts and minimizing Financial Risk.

* Hours: Mon – Fri; Shift Pattern on Rota basis between 8am – 6pm

What you will be doing as the Collections Advisor:
* Provide first-class support for inbound and outbound calls, emails, webchats, and other correspondence
* Work collaboratively with Internal Teams to resolve Disputes and Debt Account issues
* Negotiate settlements or payment plans that align with both the company’s goals and the customer’s situation
* Assist Customers facing complex financial challenges, identifying fair and appropriate solutions
* Meet and exceed individual and team targets and performance KPIs
* Adhere to Company policies, guidelines and FCA regulations
Key Requirements for this Role:
* Proven at least 2-years previous experience working as Collections advisor, Debt advisor or similar Call Centre role
* Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and other Computer Systems
* Previous experience working to meet KPI’s
* Familiar with FCA guidelines and regulations
