Red Recruitment is recruiting a Collections Team Leader to join our client, a premier contact centre outsourcing business, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to their clients.

Benefits and Package for a Collections Team Leader:
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5:30pm
No Weekends
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Banbury, On-Site
Start date: ASAP
Training and Development OpportunitiesKey Responsibilities of a Collections Team Leader:
Handling and resolving customer queries across multiple channels, including telephony and webchat, ensuring first contact resolution
Take ownership of customer queries, ensuring they are escalated to the relevant departments when necessary
Support customers experiencing financial difficulties by providing appropriate solutions to help manage their accounts and finances
Making outbound calls to discuss repayment of the borrower's outstanding arrears
Receiving inbound calls regarding account queries, handling disputes, taking payments and setting arrangements
Administrative work dealing with correspondence from third parties such as debt management companies and insolvency practitioners
Speaking with vulnerable customers, discussing their circumstances and providing relevant assistance and support tailored to their needsKey Skills and Experience of a Collections Team Leader:
Previous customer service experience
Experience working within financial services, collections or retail finance would be beneficial
Strong communication skills across various contact channels
Excellent interpersonal skills and an empathetic approach is required due to the nature of the calls
You should have a passion for helping customers
Credit report and DBS certificate to be provided
