College Nurse – Specialist Education Setting
Location: Billingshurst, West Sussex
Salary: £35,373 – £45,123 per annum
We are seeking a compassionate and qualified College Nurse to join a specialist further education setting supporting young people with complex healthcare needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of students, developing and delivering personalised healthcare plans
*
Maintain accurate nursing records and oversee medicines management
*
Liaise with parents, guardians, healthcare professionals, and education staff
*
Provide clinical guidance and training to college staff
*
Respond to medical emergencies and support safeguarding compliance
*
Coordinate clinics and specialist visits
*
Support student assessments to ensure healthcare needs can be met
Requirements:
*
Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with current NMC registration
*
Experience working with young people or individuals with complex needs preferred
*
Strong communication and organisational skills
*
Commitment to safeguarding and delivering high-quality care
