Daytime Healthcare are assisting a national special needs provider to source a permanent College Nurse to join their college in Billingshurst. This colleges looks after younger adults, who have special education needs or physical disabilities. There is a great working environment and the chance to progress and develop further!
As a College Nurse, you'll be at the forefront of student healthcare:
* Manage a caseload of students, focusing on their health and well-being.
* Develop and implement individualised healthcare plans.
* Collaborate with a trans-disciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care.
* Maintain accurate health records and communicate with parents and guardians.
* Serve as the primary contact for external stakeholders regarding student health.
