Job Description

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact at a vibrant college? We are currently looking for a College Services Officer to join our busy team in Portsmouth!
Hours of Work: Full-time position; Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 5.00 pm. Flexibility required for extra-curricular activities and the 24-hour emergency support.
As a College Services Officer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the student experience from admissions through to graduation. You will provide proactive customer service and support to students in their academic, accommodation, finance, and wellbeing needs. Your responsibilities will include planning student events, facilitating finance support, managing student records, and working closely with various teams across the college to ensure a seamless experience for all students. Your commitment to customer care will ensure students feel welcomed and supported throughout their journey.
College Services Officer Requirements:
University level qualifications or possess related sector qualifications/training
Experience of working in a customer services/ education front of house service
Experience of working in a multi-cultural and/or international environment
Working knowledge of the Immigration Rules with particular specialism of Tier 4
Experience with student orientation events
OSH qualifications
