What You’ll Be Doing:
• Managing and growing a diverse commercial book of business.

• Identifying opportunities for cross-sell and upsell to maximise client value.
• Working with insurers to negotiate competitive terms and bespoke solutions.
• Playing a key role in the growth of the South Wales office, balancing service and new business activity.

• Experience as a Commercial Account Executive, with a track record of client retention and development.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the confidence to engage with business owners and directors.
