Location: Newbury (Hybrid)
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (DOE) + quarterly bonus + share scheme potential

The Role
Focus on mid-market commercial clients (no SME or personal lines)
Premium sizes typically £10,000 – £100,000 GWP
Broad exposure to all classes of commercial insurance (excluding motor and package)
Receive warm opportunities from a highly effective lead generation team – your focus will be on converting and growing long-term relationships
Tech-driven business – heavy use of Acturis and AI, structured, efficient processes

Confident handling a range of commercial products
Tech-savvy, structured and organised
Proactive and sales-driven, with the ability to convert warm leads into long-term clients

Rewards & Progression
£40,000 – £50,000 basic salary
Quarterly bonus – 7.5% of all new business
New business and renewal bonus
Share scheme eligibility after 12 months
Realistic earnings up to £90,000 once your book is established (c. £300,000–£350,000)
25 days holiday + bank holidays (with ability to buy back holiday)
