Commercial Account Handler – Near Eccles
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per year (plus benefits)

Key Responsibilities:
As a Commercial Account Handler, you will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate policy management and excellent client service.
* Client Portfolio Management: Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), and new business for commercial clients, with premiums typically ranging from £10k–£20k.
* Customer Service: Act as the main point of contact, providing clear advice and resolving client queries efficiently.
* Policy Administration: Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to deliver seamless service across the commercial portfolio.
Essential Skills & Knowledge:
* Experience as a Commercial Account Handler within a UK insurance brokerage.
* Must have experience using Acturis to be considered for the role.
* Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products.
* Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and accuracy.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining client relationships.
* Ability to analyse client needs and provide tailored, professional guidance.
