Contract: Permanent, Hybrid (3 days in office)
I’m recruiting for a leading sustainable logistics and supply chain company specialising in providing sustainable, high-quality solutions across Europe who are looking for a Commercial Account Representative to join their customer service team in the West Midlands.
In this role, you’ll work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, supporting well-known brands and ensuring excellent service in a B2B setting. As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll handle administrative tasks, manage stock levels, and build strong, long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main contact for customer inquiries and have ownership of your accounts
Monitor customer performance and stock levels
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with contracts
Build relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure service excellence
What We’re Looking For:
1+ years experience in B2B customer service or account management
Good analytical skills (Excel – Pivot Table and V look ups)
Great organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and organisational skills
