Commercial Asbestos Surveyor
Salary: £33,000 - £38,000
Location: Enfield(Inner M25)
Key Benefits:
Bonus: £800 - £1,000 bi-annually (performance-based)

This position offers an excellent work-life balance within a UKAS-accredited Asbestos Consultancy in the Inner M25. The role involves surveying commercial sites across London, the Essex, and occasionally beyond.
Qualifications:
Required: BOHS P402 certification (additional qualifications are advantageous)
Experience: 1-4 years (salary dependent on experience)
License: Full UK driving license
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft TeamsResponsibilities:
Identify asbestos-containing materials
Assess asbestos-related risks
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Produce accurate, concise reports
Adhere to deadlines
