Job Description

Are you a Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years post qualification experience in Commercial Conveyancing? Do you have strong knowledge of commercial property law and conveyancing procedures? Do you have the ability to work independently and as part of a team? Do you have a proven track record of managing a caseload efficiently? As they continue to grow, they are now seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team.
THE ROLE:
The role of Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor will play a key role within the firm, and you will be responsible for handling a variety of commercial property matters. Your responsibilities will include:
  * Managing a caseload of commercial conveyancing matters from inception to completion.
  * Provide expert legal advice on a range of commercial property issues.
  * Draft and review contracts, leases and other legal documents.
  * Conduct due diligence and title investigations.
  * Liaise with clients, third parties and colleagues to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
  * Stay abreast of changes in property law and regulations.
ABOUT YOU:
To be considered for this role, you need to be a qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years post-qualification experience in Commercial Conveyancing. You need to have strong knowledge of commercial property law and conveyancing procedures and be an excellent communicator.
