My client is looking to recruit a Commercial Executive Assistant to join their team. You will report directly into the Commercial Director and work closely with them on all things sales and administration and everything in between. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: * Assist the Commercial Director, scheduling, and coordination of meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders. * Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and track action items to ensure follow-up and completion of key tasks and ensure relevant action points are followed up with the assigned person. * Manage correspondence, draft reports, presentations, and certain communications on behalf of the Commercial Director. * Support with sales quotes and collation of information for the Sales Team. * Support with booking travel, subject to expense sign off from CEO * Support with expenses reporting Product Development & Design Support: * Liaise with Head of Product Development and Head of Design to ensure timelines which have been set out are met and product updates are communicated to relevant stakeholders to ensure sales team are getting all the information required to make a sale. * Follow up on sales briefs given by the commercial director. Sales & Marketing Coordination: * Ensure all sales teams forecasts/pipelines are updated and overview reported to the commercial director bi weekly. * Ensure the Sales team are prepped and agenda for the monthly sales meeting is circulated the week before capturing any points required to cover from PD/Design/Marketing/Q&C/China team/ UK merch team Data Analysis and Reporting: * Prepare reports, analyse data, and track key metrics across all commercial functions to provide actionable insights. e.g SKU listings/brand * Assist in preparing presentations for the Commercial Director. Project Management. * work on the key expo events to ensure collaboration with Head of Operations/ Head of Product development/ Head of Design. Ensure Sales team are fully equipped with all quotes/sales sheets ready for these events. Key attributes * Proven experience in a support or coordination role, preferably within commercial or operational functions. * Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Analytical mindset with experience in data reporting and interpretation. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively * Proactive and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills. * High level of integrity and professionalism. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels. * Adaptable and willing to learn
