Job Title: Commercial Account Executive
Salary: Up to £60K basic salary (DOE) + car allowance

My client are an established, boutique high-net-worth insurance brokerage seeking its first Commercial Account Executive to spearhead the launch of a brand-new commercial division. With a loyal base of long-standing HNW clients, this is a unique opportunity to shape and grow a commercial portfolio by leveraging trusted personal relationships and transitioning their business insurance needs into the firm’s care. What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading the launch of the firm’s commercial insurance division.
Leveraging existing HNW relationships to facilitate clients’ business insurance needs.
Advising clients across a broad range of commercial risks with a tailored, consultative approach.
Developing new opportunities through cross-selling and referrals.
Working closely with insurers to secure competitive terms and bespoke solutions.
Shaping service standards, processes, and growth strategy for the commercial team.
What You Will Need:
Proven experience as a Commercial Account Executive or in commercial business development.
Strong technical knowledge across multiple classes of commercial insurance.
Confidence engaging high-net-worth professionals and entrepreneurs.
A consultative, relationship-driven approach aligned with a high-touch service model.
Self-motivation, ambition, and the ability to work independently in a growth-focused environment.
