Job Description

NXTGEN are pleased to be working exclusively with a rapidly growing business in the region. As part of their continued growth, we're now recruiting for a Finance Business Partner role that offers an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified finance professional to step into a more commercially focused position. 

This role has been created to strengthen the business partnering capability within the team, offering the chance to work closely with senior stakeholders while developing your ability to influence and support key business decisions.

This Finance Business Partner role offers the chance to build on your core technical grounding while developing your commercial skillset. You'll gain exposure to key decision-making processes, working closely with stakeholders across the business to support ongoing growth and performance. Key Responsibilities:

Support the development and maintenance of financial models to aid business planning and decision-making
Deliver insightful analysis across key operational areas, presenting findings to senior stakeholders
Partner with non-finance teams to provide clear and actionable financial insight
Assist in the preparation of cashflow forecasts and support long-term planning processes
Collaborate with the wider finance team to ensure strong financial controls and efficient processes
Contribute to key business initiatives, supporting the delivery of growth-focused objectives 

I am looking to speak with a newly qualified (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) finance professional who is eager to transition into a more commercially focused role. This could suit someone who has worked in a management accounting position with business partnering exposure or someone from a commercially focused practice background. You will have strong Excel skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine interest in partnering with the wider business. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn will be key, along with the confidence to engage with stakeholders and develop your influence over time.
