Commercial Gas Engineer

£48,000 Basic + £450 Monthly Call-Out Retainer (1 in 6) + Paid Travel Time on call outs + Overtime + OTE £70,000-£80,000+ + Company Van & Fuel Card + Pension + Annual Leave + Career Progression

An established and highly respected building services contractor is expanding its Commercial Gas team due to continued growth across secured long-term maintenance contracts.

Operating across social housing and commercial building services, the company has built an excellent reputation for investing in its engineers and providing a stable, supportive working environment. With many of the management team coming from hands-on engineering backgrounds, technicians are genuinely valued and supported.

With a strong order book, long-standing client relationships and a growing portfolio of contracts, this is an outstanding opportunity for a Commercial Gas Engineer looking to maximise earnings whilst enjoying stability and career progression.

The Role  
Service, maintenance and fault finding on commercial gas and burner equipment 
Planned and reactive maintenance across social housing and building services contracts 
Covering South London and the Home Counties 
1 in 6 call-out rota with £450 monthly retainer 
Plenty of overtime available to significantly boost earnings 
Delivering high standards of workmanship, safety and customer service  Requirements  
Commercial Gas ACS qualifications (COCN1/CODNCO1, CIGA1 and relevant commercial modules) 
Proven experience servicing, maintaining and fault-finding on commercial boilers and burners 
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills 
Full UK Driving Licence 
Previous experience within social housing, FM or building services desirable  Why Apply?
