Job Description
The Company:
Maintenance division of a group of based M&E companies who design, install and maintain commercial M&E building services. T/O c£90m
The Role:
Working across North London, Hertfordshire, Essex and Central London, you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of commercial heating plant ( direct fired, radiant tube, forced draught, condensing) in commercial offices and gyms.
You will also maintain domestic boilers in a domestic environment.
The Person:
It is essential that you are an experienced heating engineer, having working in a commercial maintenance capacity and have current commercial gas tickets and ideally also domestic.
The Salary:
DOOR TO DOOR TRAVEL - travel time is paid at 1.5
23 days holiday
4%/4% pension
Basic for 40 hours - £44,990 with door to door travel paid at time and a half after 8 hours.
23 days holiday + 4%/4% pension
O/T rates of x 1.5 (£32.45) after 8 hours daily and x 2 (£43.26) Saturday after first 5 hours and all day Sunday.
Company van and fuel card - no private use.
50 hours per week equates to £61,861 as all travel is paid.
