Commercial Gas Engineer
London and Surrounding Areas
Salary from £41,000
Responsibilities:
* To have knowledge and experience in the installation of commercial boiler rooms, this will include installing boilers, pumps and other associated plant
* Deliver the Scheduled, Reactive and Remedial maintenance services via the PPM schedule
* To be able to carry out servicing and reactive breakdowns.
* Diagnosing breakdown faults, carrying out repair works, completing daily reports, advising customers on operation of equipment and working to company procedures.
* To be able to perform maintenance, repair, de-commissioning and re-commissioning of systems and equipment within the scope of their specific disciplines.
* Display Self-management and good interpersonal skills.
* To take a pro-active approach to client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt with or relayed back to the office.
* Delivering high levels of customer service to all our clients
Qualifications and experience:
* ACS qualifications – minimum of CCN1, CEN1, WAT1, (CENWAT), CKR1, HTR1 & CPA1
* Certificate of Asbestos Awareness Training (training can be provided)
* Previous experience in diagnosing faults on commercial gas systems
* Full driving licence
* Excellent communication skills and ability to liase with the office and client effectively
* Ability to work alone and within a team
* F-GAS Knowledge desirable
