Location: Yeovil, Taunton, Salisbury, Gillingham, Bournemouth
Salary: Up to £44,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Working Area: South West – Dorset, Somerset & Wiltshire
Holiday: 26 days annual leave + bank holidays
Are you a skilled Commercial Gas Engineer looking to work on a stable and long-term FM maintenance contract in the South West?
We’re currently recruiting for a Commercial Gas Engineer to join our facilities management team working across a commercial property portfolio. This is a mobile role ideally suited to someone based around Yeovil, with coverage extending to Taunton, Salisbury, Gillingham, and Bournemouth.
Key Responsibilities:

Service, maintenance, and repair of commercial gas systems
*
Testing and inspection of commercial heating equipment
*
Fault diagnosis and reactive maintenance
*
Completion of PPM tasks to compliance standards
*
Occasional assistance on multi-skilled maintenance where required
Requirements:
*
Commercial Gas ACS qualifications (essential)
*
5+ years of commercial gas experience (preferred)
*
NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or Heating – desirable but not essential
*
FGAS (Level 1 or higher) is a bonus, especially if supported by relevant hands-on experience
*
Valid UK driving licence
*
Strong knowledge of health & safety and commercial compliance
