The Opportunity
We are looking for two experienced, entrepreneurial brokers to join our team:

One specialising in Medical Malpractice or Life Science/Biotech
*
One specialising in Professional Indemnity within Construction
These are senior new business roles suited to ambitious brokers who want more than just a desk — we are looking for future Associate Directors who will lead and grow their own specialist niches within the business.
You will have the freedom to drive your own success, the support of a close-knit leadership team, and a clear pathway to progress into a leadership position.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and convert new business opportunities within your specialist area.
*
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and insurers.
*
Handle the broking process end-to-end — from prospecting to placement.
*
Provide expert advice and tailored insurance solutions.
*
Negotiate effectively with underwriters and clients to achieve optimal results.
What We’re Looking For
*
Experience: Minimum 5 years in commercial insurance, with proven success in new business development within either Med Mal/Life Sciences or Construction PI.
*
Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of your chosen specialist class and commercial insurance processes.
*
Proactive & Driven: You take ownership, deliver results, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
*
Relationship Builder: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills; trusted by clients and respected by insurers.
*
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Outlook, Excel, Windows; Acturis experience preferred.
*
Ambition: A desire to grow into an Associate Director role and take ownership of your own niche division.
