Location: West Bromwich (Office-based)
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 DOE

The Role
My client is looking for both a Sales Executive and a Senior Sales Executive to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity if you’re someone who enjoys the mix of managing a book of business while also getting out there and generating new opportunities.
You’ll be working across a broad range of commercial products (premiums from £150 through to £150,000+), with the chance to really make the role your own.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing and developing your own book of business.
Building strong client relationships and delivering excellent service.
Generating new business through proactive outreach and networking.
Working alongside two Account Executives and a New Business Executive as part of a collaborative, supportive team.
Contributing to the continued growth of the business by bringing ideas, energy, and enthusiasm.What We’re Looking For
Experience in commercial insurance sales, ideally with a strong network and proven track record.
A proactive, “hunter” mindset when it comes to new business.
Someone who thrives in a relaxed, drama-free, no-KPI environment but still gets the job done.
Team player who enjoys being part of a sociable, down-to-earth office.
