HIRING – COMMERCIAL LEAD | FRANKFURT, GERMANY 🚨
I’m partnered with a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor delivering some of Europe’s most advanced hyperscale data centre projects — and due to growth in Germany, they are looking for a Commercial Lead to join their senior team in Frankfurt.
💼 The Role
As Commercial Lead, you’ll take ownership of the commercial function on a flagship data centre build. You’ll be responsible for:

Managing commercial strategy, valuations, cashflow, and cost reporting.
*
Leading subcontract procurement and negotiations.
*
Driving change management, claims, and final accounts.
*
Partnering closely with Project Directors and Design teams to ensure successful delivery.
*
Coaching and developing surveyors and commercial staff on the project.
📌 What You’ll Need
✔ 10+ years’ commercial management experience (preferably with a Tier 1 contractor).
✔ Proven track record on data centre / high-tech / complex build projects.
✔ Strong contractual and financial management skills.
✔ Excellent communication and leadership ability.
✔ Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or similar.
✔ Chartership (MRICS / equivalent) a plus.
