Position: Commercial Lead
Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 + £10,000 bonus (maximum total package £95,000)
Location: Manchester | Leeds | Newcastle | Bristol | London | Marlow | Birmingham
A leading FTSE 250 technology solutions provider is looking for a Commercial Lead to join its high-performing Commercial Sales Operations team. This team plays a crucial role in shaping customer engagement, managing commercial risk, and driving profitability across large and complex enterprise deals.
The Role
You’ll act as a trusted commercial advisor — both internally to account teams and externally to customers — helping navigate procurement, pricing, and risk challenges. From hosting Big Deal Reviews and designing commercial structures to ensuring governance and supporting strategic bids, you’ll be a key figure in enabling sustainable growth and smart commercial decision-making.
What You’ll Do

Engage directly with customers and internal teams to design tailored commercial solutions

Lead commercial reviews for large, complex opportunities
*
Advise on qualification, risk mitigation, and deal strategy to improve win rates
*
Model financials and present options to senior stakeholders
*
Support strategic projects to improve processes and commercial best practice
What You’ll Bring

Strong experience in a customer-facing role (sales, bid support, or commercial specialist)
