Commercial Lead | Social Value
Location: Oxford (Hybrid flexibility) – National with on-site presence as and when needed
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 depending on experience

They’re now looking for a Commercial Lead to play a pivotal role in strengthening and expanding their social value strategy—someone who can blend relationship-building with commercial thinking to drive meaningful, measurable change.
What you'll be doing:

Build relationships with schools, charities, and community group

Lead and deliver strategic social value initiatives
*
Embed impact into contracts, bids, and business development
*
Report on outcomes and identify new opportunities
*
Work with comms to share success stories
What we're looking for:

Experience in social value, stakeholder engagement or similar
*
Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
*
Able to deliver strategy, measure outcomes, and present with confidence

Commercial awareness and a genuine passion for driving change
