URGENT HIRE – COMMERCIAL LETTINGS MANAGER | CHESTERFIELD 🚨
Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is urgently seeking an experienced Commercial Lettings Manager to join a forward-thinking property team in Chesterfield. This is a key, full-time (or part-time) permanent opportunity offering immediate impact, flexibility, and long-term progression.
📍 Location: Chesterfield ⏳ Hours: Flexible – Full-time (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm) or Part-time (3–4 days/week) 💰 Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum DOE + benefits 🚗 Perks: On-site parking, inclusive company culture, and social events
Key Responsibilities:

Manage commercial property lettings, lease negotiations, and rent reviews
*
Oversee block property management and site coordination
*
Conduct valuations, property inspections, and accurate reporting
*
Deliver high-level client service, resolving queries with professionalism
*
Coordinate with contractors, legal teams, and internal stakeholders
*
Prepare reports to support business growth and portfolio expansion
Candidate Requirements:
*
Proven experience in commercial lettings, block management, or surveying
*
Knowledge of property law, lease structures, and compliance
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems (Veco preferred)
*
Strong negotiation, organisational, and client communication skills
*
Degree in Property Management or related field (RICS accreditation desirable)
*
Access to a reliable vehicle for site visits
