Are you an experienced commercial dispute resolution lawyer, looking for a role offering quality work and supervisory opportunities?
My client is a Top 100 national firm with an excellent standing in the marketplace as well as being recommended by the Legal 500 and Chambers. The firm is looking to bolster its commercial litigation offering in Birmingham through the recruitment of an experienced associate to work alongside a highly-rated partner.
You will be a dispute resolution specialist looking for a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters and to act for an impressive client base, being comfortable advising on matters including, inter alia:
- shareholder disputes
- partnerships disputes
- breach of contract
- contentious insolvency
- professional negligence
- high value debt recovery
The firm is seeking a commercial litigation lawyer of circa 4-5yrs PQE or equivalent to work closely with the partner overseeing the team, yet who also has the ability to also work in an unsupervised capacity and to manage other legal professionals under them as the team continues to grow.
You will also be encouraged to get involved in marketing and networking initiatives within the Birmingham market to grow the dispute resolution offering, as well as to raise your own profile in the city.
