Role: Commercial Litigation Solicitor
Location: Stourbridge
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
An established and forward-thinking West Midlands firm is seeking an ambitious Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its expanding Dispute Resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity to handle high-quality, varied work within a supportive and collaborative environment that values professional development and work-life balance.
The Role
Advising a broad range of individuals and business clients on a diverse portfolio of commercial disputes, including:
Debt recovery
Shareholder and partnership disputes
Warranty and contract disputes
Professional negligence claims
General commercial litigationYou will also have the opportunity to contribute to business development initiatives and help grow the department's client base.
Key responsibilities include:
Drafting pre-action correspondence, pleadings, witness statements and applications
Supporting senior associates and directors on high-value High Court litigationAbout You
Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE managing your own caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception through to completion
Strong technical knowledge and a commercial, pragmatic approach to dispute resolution
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamworking skillsWhat's on Offer
