£40,000 - £70,000 (DOE)

Are you a skilled Commercial Property Litigation Solicitor looking for your next challenge? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, solicitor-led firm with over 15 years of experience advising both UK and international clients across a wide range of property matters.
The Opportunity
You will become part of a highly regarded team handling complex and contentious commercial property disputes. Key responsibilities include:
Acting on disputes relating to commercial property, leases, and landlord-tenant matters
Managing litigation, dispute resolution, and enforcement processes
Advising on disposals, acquisitions, lease renewals, and general management issues such as licences to assign, alter, or sublet
Collaborating with other professional advisors to achieve clients’ commercial objectivesCandidate Requirements
Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with commercial property litigation experience
Strong understanding of landlord and tenant law, leasehold disputes, and property-related litigation
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
Able to manage a varied caseload independently while contributing to a collaborative team
