What will you be doing?
• You will be leading commercial activities for the Civil Nuclear side,
• Providing commercial and contract management support across projects,
• Supporting commercial bids, including risk assessment and tender review,
• Reviewing, negotiating and drafting NEC contracts, subcontract agreements and NDAs,
• Preparing and monitoring risk registers and contract compliance,
• Holding delivery meetings.
Where will you be doing it?
• Our client is a leading company within the nuclear waste management and decommissioning field.
What you'll need:
• Experience working within commercial/contract roles,
• NEC Certified Practitioner,
• Experience with NEC 3/4 contract writing,
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/14011 & 45001.
