Your role will involve:

Take charge of financial performance, tracking commercial KPIs, revenue forecasting, and margin management.

We need you to have:

Experienced in a commercial and sales leadership role within a marketing/creative/communications agency.

Skilled at selling value driven marketing solutions, ideally to B2B clients in regulated industries (finance, insurance, fintech).

Adept at leading and motivating sales and new business teams, setting clear targets and ensuring consistent delivery.
*
Strong in strategic thinking and hands on execution, equally comfortable designing growth strategies and rolling up sleeves to win key accounts.

Confident with numbers and narratives, able to present financial performance and growth plans as compelling stories to both internal and external stakeholders.
