The Opportunity
A leading infrastructure and utilities contractor, backed by significant private investment, is continuing its rapid expansion and now looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Manager to support senior leadership across a range of major frameworks.
This is a key strategic hire, offering the chance to work closely with the senior commercial team on large, high-value projects while helping shape commercial best practice across the business.
The Role
* Provide commercial support to the senior leadership team across multiple projects.
* Take ownership of month-end reporting and CVR processes, ensuring strong financial control.
* Manage cash flow and support project teams in maintaining commercial accuracy and compliance.
* Oversee performance reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of commercial processes.
* Act as a key point of contact between project teams and senior stakeholders.
* Support the wider business as it continues to scale and expand its portfolio of work.
About You
* Proven background in a commercial management or quantity surveying role within construction, infrastructure, utilities, or energy.
* Strong understanding of commercial and contractual processes, frameworks, and cost control.
* Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
* Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously.
