Job Description
Our client, a key player in the highways maintenance sector, is currently seeking a Commercial Manager to join their team in Surrey!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all commercial functions, ensuring efficient processes and contract compliance
Provide accurate monthly reporting and commercial insights to senior management
Develop and monitor budgets, driving cost certainty and financial performance
Oversee contracts with supply chain partners and manage sub-contractor agreements
Support final accounts, risk management, and governance to ensure robust commercial performance
Manage, mentor, and inspire the commercial team to deliver consistent results
Job Requirements:
Full UK Driving Licence
Experience in highways maintenance or a related field
Experience managing overall contract performance
Previous team leadership and management experience
Ability to constructively engage with people from all levels of the organisation
Background as a Managing QS or Senior QS with experience managing teams previously.
