Job Description

This MEP Commercial Manager role is for one of the region’s top contractors who over the last 20+ years have maintained a reputation for quality. You will be involved in a variety of exciting projects across the country and will play an instrumental part in growing and running the Commercial department.
Routes to progress are there for you to grab with both hands and staff retention is extremely high, as such you will be able to develop meaningful relationships from your colleagues and collaborate and learn from them.
As MEP Commercial Manager, you will be:
* Negotiating contracts
* Managing the financials of projects up to the value of £8M
* Building and managing a team of Quantity Surveyors
* Working on highly respected projects across sectors including: Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Hotels, Leisure, Manufacturing and Retail
* Putting together risk assessments
* Offered opportunities to progress and grow
We would love to speak to people who are currently working within the Building Services Sector as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or MEP Commercial Manager. Finally, if you have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HND, BSc, or MSc in Quantity Surveying or MEP Commercial Management.
As MEP Commercial Manager your salary will be within the £75K-£85K+ region plus a Company car or car allowance.
