The Role
Are you an experienced Commercial / Sales Manager or BDM with a passion for sustainability and a knack for building relationships? A well-established recycling company in the West Midlands is seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic team. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact in the aluminium supply and recycling sector, with ample room for professional growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing accounts, ensuring top-level customer service, and developing new business opportunities. This involves identifying potential companies to generate new streams of aluminium waste, thereby contributing to a greener environment.
The ideal candidate is likely someone used to dealing with scrap aluminium waste streams, or even the supply of aluminium profiles into fabricators or manufacturing businesses
Responsibilities Include
* Managing and nurturing existing client relationships to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
* Identifying and pursuing new business prospects within the aluminium supply and recycling sector.
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Ideal Qualifications, Skills and Experience
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a Sales / Commecial / BDM role.
* Proven experience in account management and business development.
* A solid understanding of the aluminium supply and / or recycling sector.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong analytical abilities to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
* Knowledge of the aluminium extrusion sector is highly desirableBefore You Apply
