Commercial Manager - Frankfurt
Up to €140,000 Euros per annum

Are you a Commercial Manager looking for a step up and want to be part of an iconic project? Are you driven and want to make a difference?
My client is a well-known Tech Main Contractor who is looking for a driven Commercial Manager. The company are known for projects within Data Centres and Tech Buildings (Pharma /Research). This role will see your focus on a MW Data Centre, ensuring financial business success.
You will have a practical approach to management that allows you to grow a thriving commercial team. You will collaborate with clients & the supply chain to ensure you are across all the commercial activities.
Your Role:
* A focus on financial and project success
* A decision maker in a fast-paced environment
* Build strong Team and Client Relationships
* Travelling to meet business needs
Experience Needed:
* BSc Quantity Surveying
* Experience of working for Main Contractors on large commercial projects
* Fluent in German (Desired but not essential)
* Based in EU or UK (ideally due to mobilisation and Visa’s)
* Data Centre project experience (Desired but not essential)
* Open to travel is a must
* Chartered Status (ideally)
* A driven, methodical character with a thirst for success
