Salary: £60,000–£75,000 salary
Location: 2 to 3 days in London per week
I’m working with a long-standing client to recruit a Commercial Manager on a permanent basis. The programme has recently completed its tunnelling phase and is now progressing into delivery of civils and M&E packages, including substation and cable works.
This role is Senior Commercial Manager/Associate level, supporting delivery under NEC Option A (lump sum) and helping to manage ongoing commercial performance across a high-value portfolio.
Requirements:
Solid post-contract NEC experience – Option A (lump sum) essential.
Around 7–8 years’ experience, ideally client-side or consultancy background.
Chartered Quantity Surveyor (or equivalent).
Experience in systems, E&P disciplines, or civil/M&E fit out of tunnels.
Pre-contract/procurement experience a bonus, but not essential.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
This will be a 2 to 3 stage interview process
