Job Description
NRL’s client is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead all commercial activities on the £120M enabling works package of a £6Bn regeneration project. You will manage a regional commercial team in Enfield London, oversee procurement and supply chain engagement, and drive financial performance across this flagship infrastructure project.
What you will need
Formal qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
Proven experience managing commercial functions on large-scale infrastructure projects
Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts (essential)
Track record of leading teams and overseeing procurement, valuations, and final accounts
Chartered status (RICS/ICES/CICES) or working towards chartership
