The Role - Commercial Manager
My client are looking to grow their commercial team, with the appointment of a Commercial Manager, with a strong understanding of the external envelope.
You will be responsible for:
* Monitoring and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows, ensuring accurate financial reporting
* Maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Participating in regular meetings with clients to discuss project financial status and address any concerns.
* Preparing and present financial reports
* Strong background in facade / external envelope
* Mentoring the commercial team and championing growth within.
