Commercial Officer
Inside IR35 – Initial 4 month contract – Hybrid (Bristol or London)
We are working with a client in the Public Sector who require a Commercial Officer on a large scale transformation project on an initial 4 month contract but likelihood of an extension.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist Commercial Managers with admin tasks, financial analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
* Manage correspondence, data, and records related to commercial activities.
* Support supply market analysis to inform commercial strategies.
* Contribute to programme planning, procurement, and contracting strategies.
* Help deliver end-to-end procurement, including research, tendering, and contract management.
* Prepare reports on commercial performance and activities.
* Aid in developing commercial strategies and sourcing plans in line with Defence policy and regulations.
Essential Skills:
* Understanding of commercial principles and public sector procurement regulations.
* Strong communication and task prioritisation skills.
* TPP e-training completed or willingness to complete.
* Experience supporting tenders via CCS Frameworks and end-to-end sourcing.
* Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
* CIPS level 4 – DesirableBefore You Apply
