Job Description
Freightserve are looking to recruit a Commercial Operations Agent for a Heathrow based GSA. The GSA is based in the Heathrow area.

With a strong industry presence and global network, we provide full-service sales, marketing, and operational solutions to our airline partners, ensuring they achieve maximum revenue and market share in their respective regions.
Role Overview
To become a vital member of the Commercial Operations team, delivering operational excellence and support across all shifts. This role will be responsible for completing all operational tasks, including (but not limited to) bookings, flight preparation/departure, messaging, rate & schedule guidance, GHA challenges & discrepancies via Data Capture.
Key Responsibilities (General)
• Field Operation calls and email enquiries professionally and promptly
• Utilise designated quotation and booking platforms
• Maintain timely and accurate handling of all operational tasks including flight preparation, messaging, and communication with ground handlers and internal departments.
• Follow departmental processes to ensure operational efficiency, team collaboration, and service quality.
•Trigger escalation relating to flight discrepancies, urgent issues and GHA-related challenges.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in air cargo, freight forwarding, or logistics.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of airfreight pricing and capacity management
• Competent in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and standard reporting tools.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.

Working hours are; Monday - Friday Week one 7.30am - 4pm, Week two 9am-5.30pm and Week three pm.
