Commercial Parts Advisor – Main Dealership
Heathrow Area
Up to £32,000 Basic + Bonus
Commercial Vehicle Parts | Motor Trade | Dealership Environment
Mon–Fri (42.5 hours), 1-in-4 Saturdays (7am–12pm)
Are you an experienced Commercial Parts Advisor looking for your next opportunity in a busy, friendly main dealership?
We’re working with a reputable and established main dealership in the Heathrow area that’s actively seeking a skilled Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor to join their fast-paced parts department.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary, excellent bonus potential, and a genuine opportunity to be part of a supportive, professional team.
Experience as a commercial parts advisor is a must for this role.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Handling enquiries and orders for commercial vehicle parts
* Sourcing and ordering parts quickly and accurately using dealership systems
* Managing stock levels and maintaining accurate inventory records
* Delivering excellent customer service to trade and retail customers
* Working closely with technicians and other internal departments to ensure timely parts supply
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Commercial Parts Advisor, Parts Interpreter, or Motor Trade Parts Advisor
* Knowledge of commercial vehicle parts and dealership processes
* Confident using DMS/inventory management systems
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
