Job Description
Commercial Plumber / Plumbing Foreman – £45,000 + Van + Benefits
Various sites across the region | Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:30
We’re working with a long-established mechanical and building services contractor who deliver high-quality commercial and industrial plumbing projects. They’re now looking for an experienced Commercial Plumber / Plumbing Foreman to join their team — someone who can take ownership on-site, keep standards high, and isn’t afraid to stay hands-on.
The Role
You’ll be leading plumbing installation works across commercial and industrial sites, taking responsibility for your section of the project while working closely with site managers, project engineers, and other trades.
Day-to-day, you’ll:

Install and maintain plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, and fixtures.
*
Interpret drawings, technical specs, and plans with accuracy.
*
Oversee materials – placing and receiving orders when required.
*
Ensure all work meets safety standards, codes, and company procedures.
*
Coordinate with other trades to deliver smooth, efficient project progress.
*
Be a key on-site point of contact for both technical and practical queries.
About You
We’re looking for someone with solid experience in commercial plumbing who can balance leadership with getting stuck in. You’ll bring:
*
A recognised plumbing qualification and valid trade card/license.
*
Proven experience running projects or sections while still working “on the tools.”
*
Good understanding of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices.
*
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a wider team.
*
CSCS card (essential); SSSTS would be a bonus.

Salary: Up to £45,000 (based on 45-hour week).
*
