Commercial Plumber – Central Belt Scotland
Salary: Up to £40,000 (DOE)
Central Belt Coverage & Fife
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Plumber to join our established facilities management team covering sites across the Central Belt of Scotland & Fife. This is a great opportunity for a qualified plumber looking to develop their career within a supportive company offering long-term stability and career growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across commercial properties
*
Respond to emergency call-outs and participate in a 1-in-12 on-call rota
*
Diagnose and repair faults with hot and cold water systems, drainage, and sanitary appliances
*
Carry out minor installation works and system upgrades
*
Maintain accurate records of works completed and materials used
*
Ensure compliance with current regulations and company procedures
Requirements:
*
Time-served plumber with commercial experience
*
NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Plumbing
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Good understanding of Health & Safety practices
*
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
*
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with clients and team members
