Job Description
Commercial Plumber
A leading total facilities maintenance contractor has a key requirement for a Commercial Plumber to further strengthen their existing team. Commercial Maintenance Plumber will be carrying out installs, maintenance and repairs on plumbing and mechanical systems.
As the Successful Commercial Maintenance/ Install Plumber, you will be:
Commercial Plumber will be performing PPM's and attend breakdowns for Commercial plumbing
Commercial Plumber will be installing pipes and fixtures such as; sinks, toilets and water, gas, steam, air.
Commercial Plumber will be required to modify length of pipes, equipment and fixtures before installation.
Commercial Plumber will be testing plumbing systems for leaks and any other problems.
Commercial Plumber will be working on Commercial sites in London and surrounding areasAs the Successful Commercial Plumber, you will have:
Commercial Plumber will have experience in servicing water softener plant, vacuum systems.
Commercial Plumber will have NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds Level 2/3 in plumbing.
Commercial Plumber with L8 would be an advantage
Commercial Plumber with gas or a want to progress with their gas certification would be an advantage
Commercial Plumber will have strong communication skills and have experience over seeing works on site and making sure all paperwork completed to a high standard
Commercial Plumber will be working on Commercial sites in London and surrounding areasCommercial Plumber will be paid up to £45k - £48k basic DOE + overtime + package
