Job Description
We are proud to be partnering with a leading contractor experiencing significant growth, with a strong portfolio of secured projects. As a result, we are seeking skilled and reliable Commercial Plumbers to join their team, delivering high-quality installations across large-scale commercial, industrial, and new build developments.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on prestigious projects ranging from luxury hotels and multi-occupant care homes to million-pound residences and state-of-the-art schools, with project values ranging from £20,000 to £2.5m.
Key Responsibilities
*
Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems across commercial and industrial sites.
*
Work with drainage, fixtures, pipefitting, and water supply systems.
*
Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
*
Place and manage material orders to ensure smooth project delivery.
*
Collaborate effectively with site managers, project engineers, and other trades.
*
Uphold compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
*
Take ownership of projects where required, ensuring delivery to the highest standard.
Candidate Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Commercial Plumber
*
Recognised plumbing trade qualification with valid license/certification.
*
Confident in reading and working from technical drawings and plans.
*
Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
*
Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and safe working practices.
*
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
*
CSCS card required; SSSTS desirable but not essential.
