Job Description
Time 4 Recruitment are currently working with a client who is looking for a Temp to Perm Commercial Plumber working in South Wales and the Southwest.
Our client offers Facility Management services in both Commercial and Industrial settings. This highly reputable and well-established family-based M&E contractor offer planned and reactive building maintenance services to a wide range of customers in a variety of business sectors throughout the UK- including Schools, Historic Buildings, Hospitals and Care sectors, College and Universities, Retail, Hotels and Leisure facilities plus factories and industrial.
Duties will include
• Installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial plumbing systems
• Working on pipework, sanitary ware, drainage, hot and cold-water systems
• Interpreting and working from technical drawings and specifications
• Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards
• Liaising with site managers, clients, and other trades
• Diagnosing and resolving plumbing faults effectively
Experience and Qualifications
• A minimum of 5 years experience
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent)
• Proven experience working in commercial plumbing environment
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong commitment to health & safety practices
• Gas Safe Registration (desirable but not essential)
Benefits
• Temporary to permanent role
• Salary hourly rate £18.50 - £23 per hour (salary based on experience)
• Weekly Paid
• Can be paid CIS through your UTR number

• Working Hours 08.00 – 16.30 - 40-hour week
• Weekend overtime negotiable.
