Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Plumber to join our team. Covering South East/ South West London, the successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures.
*
Work with copper, plastic, steel, and cast-iron pipe systems.
*
Interpret and work from mechanical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
*
Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure systems meet relevant codes and regulations.
*
Install and maintain water heaters, pumps, backflow prevention devices, and other commercial plumbing equipment.
*
Collaborate with contractors, electricians, and other trades on large-scale projects.
*
Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues in a timely and efficient manner.
*
Adhere to all health and safety procedures, including use of PPE and compliance with risk assessments.
*
Complete job records, reports, and other required documentation accurately and on time.
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a plumber in commercial settings.
*
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent).
*
Valid CSCS or JIB-PMES card.
*
Knowledge of commercial plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices.
*
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
*
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
*
Full UK driving licence (if travel is required between sites).
*
Gas Safe or unvented hot water qualifications (desirable but not essential).
