Procurement Manager
Salary - Up to £80,000!
Location - South England
The role:
We're looking for experienced Commercial and Procurement Managers to support high-impact projects across the UK Defence Sector. In this role, you'll work across the full commercial lifecycle - developing strategies, managing contracts, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with legal and internal frameworks. Whether supporting public or private defence clients, you'll play a vital role in driving value, managing risk, and strengthening supplier relationships on some of the sector's most complex and meaningful challenges.
What we want from you:
Strong knowledge of procurement, sourcing, and contract management practices
Experience managing tenders, supplier performance, and value delivery
Skilled in commercial risk management and strategic decision-making
Familiar with government procurement frameworks (DSPCR, PCR, Procurement Act 2023)
Understanding of contract types including NEC, FIDIC, and JCT
