Role: Commercial Property Paralegal
Location: Legal 500 Firm | Leicestershire
Salary: £23,000 to £25,000 + Excellent Benefits
Key responsibilities include:
Provide essential secretarial and administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the Commercial Property team.
Performing property searches and liaising with the Land Registry
Participating in team meetings and undertaking general administrative duties such as post, calls, and client greeting.Key Requirements:
Have previous experience within a Commercial Property department at an established law firm.
Have a strong understanding of commercial property processes.
