Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Yorkshire | Experience: 5-9 years PQE
Are you a driven and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking for your next career step? Join a supportive and growing Corporate & Commercial team where your expertise will be valued and your progression actively encouraged.
This position offers a varied workload across the full range of commercial property matters, along with the opportunity to build trusted client relationships and contribute to the development of the team. Regular access to a car would be beneficial for client and site visits.
What We're Looking For
5-9 years PQE in Commercial Property
Proven experience advising on a broad range of commercial property matters
Excellent client care skills and the ability to understand and support diverse client needs
Confident managing your own caseload
Strong relationship-building skills to support ongoing work generation
Clear and personable communication style
Ability to mentor and support colleagues when needed
Strong commercial awareness with practical, risk-based problem solving
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and case management systems
Law degree or equivalent qualification (preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Handling a wide range of commercial property transactions
Managing files efficiently through the case management system
Providing commercially focused legal advice
Working effectively both independently and collaboratively
Assisting with business development and maintaining client relationships
