Job Description

Trafford Park – Multi million pound turnover Retail/Wholesale

Salary and Benefits up to £100,000 per annum

This is a fabulous in person opportunity to become an integral part of a continually expanding retail experience. You will be part of the senior management team and play a crucial role in processes, purchases, and procedures.

What you will be accountable for as the Commercial/Property Solicitor

  * Working as the Legal Counsel reporting at Board level

  * Decisions concerning properties, investments, and contracts

  * Dispute resolution, litigation, and Court representations

  * Advice and guidance on commercial, advertising, employment and data protection, M&As

What you will bring to the business:

  * Qualification and PQE experience both in house and in practice

  * Proven success in commercial disputes and resolutions

  * Strong communication skills at all levels of influence

  * The drive to be an integral and significant part of commercial decision making

What you can expect:

  * A commercially driven salary up to £100,000 dependent on level of experience
